New framework introduces protected discounts, AI-powered enablement, and clear rules of engagement to help partners scale identity security opportunities

Delinea, a leading provider of runtime identity security solutions, has launched its new Delinea Partner Advantage Program, a channel-focused initiative designed to help partners increase profitability, reduce channel friction, and capitalize on growing demand for identity security solutions.

Developed based on direct feedback from partners worldwide, the program addresses common channel challenges, including margin erosion, channel conflict, and unclear engagement policies. The new framework provides partners with a structured pathway to deliver identity security solutions while fostering predictable and sustainable business growth.

“Partners don’t care about your partner program. They care about technology that works, protected discounts, and a vendor that’s easy to work with. We built this program around what partners told us they actually need.”

Scott Goree, Senior Vice President of Channel and Alliances, Delinea

Built around three core principles, Protect, Align, and Scale, the program introduces several partner-centric benefits. These include codified rules of engagement with clear deal registration processes, teaming protections, and earned incumbency discounts that reward partners for maintaining and expanding customer relationships.

Delinea has also integrated AI-powered enablement capabilities, offering just-in-time training, certifications, and an intelligent partner portal that delivers relevant resources throughout the sales cycle. In addition, streamlined workflows and automation are designed to simplify the quote-to-cash process, enabling partners to focus more on customer engagement and less on administrative tasks.

The launch comes at a time when organizations are increasingly concerned about identity-related cybersecurity risks. According to Delinea’s 2026 Identity Security Report, 92% of organizations expect AI to amplify identity threats in the coming years, while 42% report that AI expansion has already increased non-human identity risks over the past year.

“The Delinea Partner Advantage Program reflects a strong commitment to building successful, long-term partnerships,” said Mark Thornberry, SVP Partnerships at GuidePoint Security.

The program features three participation tiers, Elite, Premier, and Select, tailored to varying levels of partner engagement and expertise. Enrollment is now open to selling partners globally, with additional roles for managed service providers, global systems integrators, advisory partners, and technology partners expected to be introduced in the future.

Through the new initiative, Delinea aims to strengthen its channel ecosystem while helping partners capture emerging opportunities in identity security for humans, machines, and AI-driven environments.
