Mindware, a leading value-added distributor (VAD) in the Middle East and Africa, has announced a strategic partnership with Jamf, a global provider of Apple device management and security solutions. Under the agreement, Mindware has been appointed as an authorized distributor for Jamf’s solutions across the UAE, Bahrain and Jordan.
The partnership is designed to accelerate the adoption of Apple-focused management and security platforms in the region, enabling organizations to securely deploy, manage and protect Apple devices at scale. Through Mindware’s extensive network of resellers and system integrators, Jamf aims to strengthen its regional presence and reach a broader enterprise customer base.
As part of the collaboration, Mindware will distribute Jamf’s commercial portfolio, including Jamf for Mac, Jamf for Mobile and Jamf for K-12, while also providing partner enablement through training, certifications and value-added support services.
“As Apple adoption continues to accelerate within enterprise environments, our role is to enable partners with the right solutions, expertise, and support to meet this demand. Together with Jamf, we are committed to building a strong, scalable ecosystem that empowers organisations to securely manage and maximise their Apple environments.”
Nicholas Argyrides, Vice President – Gulf & East Africa, Mindware
The alliance comes as demand for Apple devices continues to rise across enterprises, driven by employee choice programs, hybrid work models and increasing cybersecurity requirements. Industries such as financial services, government, education and aviation are expected to benefit from specialized Apple-native management and security capabilities.
“UAE, Bahrain and Jordan represent a significant and fast-growing opportunity for Apple in the enterprise,” said David Helfer, Chief Revenue Officer at Jamf. “Mindware’s reach, regional expertise and track record make them exactly the right distribution partner to bring Jamf’s platform to scale across the region.”
The partnership officially takes effect in July 2026 and will be supported by partner onboarding initiatives, enablement programs and joint go-to-market campaigns aimed at driving adoption of secure Apple environments across the region.
