Exclusive Networks Builds Dedicated ServiceNow Business Around Cybersecurity

Michael Park

New business combines ServiceNow’s AI Platform with Exclusive Networks’ cybersecurity ecosystem to help partners connect security intelligence with action.

Exclusive Networks has launched a dedicated ServiceNow business as it looks to deepen partner-led cybersecurity growth across Europe and the Middle East, turning its strategic agreement with ServiceNow into a dedicated go-to-market capability.

Operational from October, the new business brings together the ServiceNow AI Platform, Exclusive Networks’ cybersecurity expertise and its specialist vendor ecosystem to support partners throughout the customer lifecycle.

The move comes as enterprises face a widening gap between the growth of AI-powered technologies and their ability to manage the resulting security complexity. Increasingly connected environments, cloud services and AI systems are expanding attack surfaces, while security teams continue to contend with fragmented tools, processes and workflows.

Exclusive Networks is positioning its ServiceNow practice as a bridge between those security technologies and enterprise workflows. The company will support existing ServiceNow partners looking to expand their cybersecurity propositions while helping its own partners connect specialist security technologies with the ServiceNow AI Control Tower.

“Security is where AI gets real. Customers don’t need another tool, they need to know what’s running in their enterprise, whether it’s secure, and how to act on it fast.” — Michael Park, SVP of Global Partnerships and Channels, ServiceNow

The objective is to help customers prioritise risk, coordinate remediation and convert security intelligence into operational action rather than treating cybersecurity as a series of isolated technology deployments.

“We have moved from agreement to execution at pace. In a matter of months, we have built a dedicated business that is operational, and ready to support partners across Europe and the Middle East focused firmly on the cybersecurity opportunity,” said Claudette Atkinson, Global General Manager – ServiceNow, Exclusive Networks.

Atkinson said the investment is designed to give partners specialist support beyond initial technology deployment and help them deliver longer-term customer outcomes.

ServiceNow sees the partnership as a way to extend its AI governance and security capabilities through a broader specialist ecosystem.

“With the ServiceNow AI Control Tower, partners can govern and secure any AI, any model, and any stack. Exclusive Networks brings the specialist security ecosystem and local market reach to put those capabilities to work for customers across Europe and the Middle East,” said Michael Park, SVP of Global Partnerships and Channels, ServiceNow.

Exclusive Networks will continue expanding the new business through a specialist team in Ireland, with another office planned for Q4 2026.

The broader strategy reflects a changing cybersecurity channel market, where partners are increasingly expected to integrate security, workflow and business operations rather than simply resell individual technologies. For Exclusive Networks, the ServiceNow business provides a route to position cybersecurity as an ongoing business outcome rather than a one-time product deployment.
