Kodak Alaris and Mannai Information Technology are expanding their strategic partnership into Saudi Arabia, bringing intelligent document processing, information capture and workflow automation capabilities to organisations across the Kingdom.
The move extends an existing partnership between the companies in Qatar and comes as Saudi organisations accelerate digital transformation under Vision 2030. For enterprises and government bodies dealing with large volumes of documents and unstructured information, the challenge is increasingly shifting from digitisation alone to making information usable across automated workflows and AI-driven applications.
Under the expanded partnership, Kodak Alaris will contribute its capabilities in document scanning, intelligent capture, data extraction and workflow automation, while Mannai Information Technology KSA will provide local customer engagement, systems integration and implementation expertise.
The strategic importance lies in the data layer. As organisations deploy AI and automation, information trapped in documents and disparate sources must first be accurately captured, extracted and structured. Poor-quality or inaccessible information can limit the effectiveness of downstream analytics, automation and AI initiatives.

For Mannai, the agreement adds intelligent information management to its Saudi enterprise technology portfolio spanning digital transformation, cloud, cybersecurity, infrastructure and enterprise technology.
The Saudi expansion also strengthens the partners’ regional growth strategy, taking a proven Qatar relationship into one of the Middle East’s most active digital transformation markets.
