Delinea

Delinea has announced the appointment of Scott Goree as Senior Vice President of Channel and Alliances, marking a strategic move to accelerate its next phase of partner-driven growth globally. The appointment comes as organizations increasingly prioritize identity security in the face of expanding cloud, hybrid, and AI-driven environments.

In his new role, Goree will lead Delinea’s global partner and alliance strategy, focusing on launching a next-generation partner program, expanding the company’s ecosystem, and strengthening its channel-first approach. His mandate includes enabling partners to better support enterprises in securing privileged access, managing cloud entitlements, and reducing identity-based risks.

Goree brings more than two decades of experience in building and scaling high-impact partner ecosystems across the cybersecurity and infrastructure landscape. He most recently served at Optiv, where he played a key role in modernizing channel strategy and driving partner-led revenue growth. Prior to that, he was instrumental in reshaping the partner framework at Skyhigh Security, significantly increasing channel contributions.

At Delinea, Goree is expected to develop a more unified and scalable partner model aligned with evolving customer buying behaviors. His focus areas will include simplifying partner engagement, strengthening enablement programs, and ensuring faster time-to-value for customers adopting modern identity security solutions.

“Customers are looking for trusted advisors who understand their environments and can deliver results,” said Goree. “I’m excited to work closely with our partners to build a program that drives long-term growth and helps organizations adopt identity security with confidence.”

Before his recent roles, Goree held leadership positions at Nutanix, Pure Storage, and Cisco, consistently delivering strong channel performance. His industry contributions have earned him recognition as a CRN Channel Chief and a Top 50 Channel Influencer.

With this appointment, Delinea reinforces its commitment to a partner-centric strategy, positioning itself to capitalize on growing demand for identity security in the AI era.
