RUCKUS Networks Introduces AI-Powered MDU Suite and Wi-Fi 7 Innovations to Transform Resident Experience

CommScope’s RUCKUS Networks

CommScope’s RUCKUS Networks has unveiled its next-generation Multi-Dwelling Unit (MDU) suite, leveraging AI and Wi-Fi 7 technologies to transform how property owners, operators, and managed service providers manage and optimize residential networks. Built on the AI-driven RUCKUS One platform, the solution aims to elevate resident experience, minimize manual troubleshooting, and reduce operational costs through unified visibility, automation, and real-time insights.

At the heart of the launch is the RUCKUS One MDU 360 Platform, a purpose-built, cloud-based solution that gives MSPs and property management groups a comprehensive, portfolio-wide view of network performance, resident satisfaction, and SLA compliance. With predictive analytics, role-based access, and a resident experience scoring model, operators can make data-driven decisions, track service quality, and deliver consistent digital living experiences.

“Owners and MSPs can now drill down from network health to resident experience scores and historical SLA performance—this is the future of MDU network automation.”

Bart Giordano, SVP & President, RUCKUS Networks

Complementing this capability is the RUCKUS Digital System Engineer (DSE), an AI-powered assistant that transforms complex network data into intuitive, conversational insights. Instead of navigating dashboards or building reports, users can interact with the platform in natural language—receiving actionable responses, visualized via charts, metrics, and contextual insights. This democratizes network management, making it accessible even to non-technical stakeholders.

The portfolio also features new Wi-Fi 7 access points—RUCKUS H670 and R575—equipped with tri-band connectivity, built-in IoT radios, and patented RF optimization technologies. These access points ensure multi-gigabit speeds, reliable coverage, low latency, and seamless integration across RUCKUS One, SmartZone, and Unleashed solutions—enabling advanced IoT services across modern residential environments.

“Our RUCKUS MDU suite showcases our leadership in AI innovation and our proven expertise in Wi-Fi 7 MDU networks,” said Bart Giordano. “By combining AI-driven assurance, cloud-based management, and intuitive automation, we are redefining how residential networks deliver value—both to operators and residents.”

With AI at its core, the RUCKUS MDU suite promises a smarter, faster, and more secure way to deliver connected living experiences—paving the way for the future of multi-dwelling connectivity and network intelligence.
