Logitech has introduced Mobi Fold, its first foldable mouse designed to address the growing needs of mobile professionals who demand productivity beyond traditional desk setups. The compact device combines portability with performance, offering a practical solution for users working from airports, cafes, and other transient environments.
The launch highlights what Logitech calls the “on-the-go productivity gap.” While 72% of professionals own a mouse, only 26% use one in public spaces due to bulk and inconvenience. As a result, many rely on laptop trackpads, which can limit precision and lead to discomfort during extended use.
Mobi Fold aims to bridge this gap with a unique folding mechanism that allows the mouse to collapse into a pocket-sized form and expand into a full-sized ergonomic device. The design reduces muscle strain by 22% compared to using a laptop trackpad, enhancing comfort for users working on the move. The mouse automatically powers on when unfolded and turns off when closed, streamlining the user experience and conserving battery life.

The device features adaptive touch scrolling, enabling both precise navigation and high-speed browsing, along with two customizable buttons that can be personalized using the Logi Options+ app. It also supports connectivity with up to three devices via Bluetooth, offering compatibility across Windows, macOS, ChromeOS, Android, iPadOS, and Linux platforms.
Built for durability, Mobi Fold includes a drop-tested design, a dust-resistant silicone sleeve, and a hinge engineered to last up to 15 years of daily use. Quiet-click functionality ensures minimal disruption in shared environments such as libraries or co-working spaces.
Battery performance is another highlight, with a one-minute charge delivering up to 22 hours of use and a full charge lasting up to 30 days. The device also incorporates an onboard AI model to prevent accidental clicks during folding and features Fast Pair certification for seamless connection with supported devices.
Aligned with sustainability goals, Mobi Fold is made using up to 36% recycled plastic and incorporates recycled rare earth metals, along with FSC-certified packaging.
The mouse will initially be available globally in Graphite, offering professionals a portable and efficient alternative for maintaining productivity anywhere.
