BMC Helix convened more than 75 senior leaders from leading global system integrators (GSIs) at its annual Service Provider Exchange (SPEX) 2026 in Phuket, Thailand. The exclusive partner event, featuring participants from India, Southeast Asia, the United States, and Europe, focused on the company’s Agentic AI strategy and the evolving future of ServiceOps.

This year’s summit holds particular significance as the first major partner gathering since BMC Helix became an independent organization following its separation from BMC. The company positioned SPEX 2026 as a marker of its renewed identity in IT Service Management and AIOps, underscoring AI Agents as the next major driver of enterprise-scale digital operations.

Top global partners including Infosys, TCS, Tech Mahindra, HCL Technologies, Wipro, Kyndryl, Accenture, CGI, and Dell joined discussions centered on customer transformation, service delivery modernization, and how Agentic AI will redefine operational efficiency across industries.

“The shift toward intelligent, self‑optimizing operations is already underway, and we’re partnering closely with GSIs to help customers lead confidently in this new autonomous era,” said Shwetha Sanjeev, Area Vice President Sales, International, BMC Helix.

“The SPEX Roadshow in Phuket is a powerful reminder that transformation is a collective journey,” said Kurt Brown, Vice President Sales, GES, BMC Helix. “Our focus is on long-term collaboration that enables resilient, autonomous enterprises built on GenAI and Agentic AI capabilities.”

Over two days, delegates experienced hands-on sessions demonstrating BMC Helix’s capabilities, including the BMC Helix Airline Simulation and a specialized lab titled “Elevating Innovation Through Helix Agentic AI.” Product showcases and roadmap briefings provided insights into the company’s direction as it accelerates investments in AI-driven automation.

The conference concluded with the SPEX Awards, recognizing partner organizations and individuals for their standout contributions and business performance in FY26.
