Westcon-Comstor Expands Zscaler Support Services to Boost Partner Growth Across EMEA

Westcon‑Comstor has expanded its support services for Zscaler channel partners, strengthening its services‑led distribution model and reinforcing its role as a key enabler of cybersecurity scale across Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA). The move builds on an already strong partnership with Zscaler and is designed to help partners deliver more integrated, high‑value security outcomes to customers.

The distributor recently launched Z Strike, a specialist business unit focused on accelerating growth for Zscaler and CrowdStrike partners. Complementing this initiative is the new Westcon MSSP for Zscaler Programme, designed specifically for managed security service providers (MSSPs) and authorised Zscaler partners in the vendor’s own MSSP ecosystem. The programme simplifies how partners support small and mid‑sized organisations by streamlining transactions, speeding customer onboarding, and offering the flexibility needed to scale efficiently.

A key element of the expansion is Westcon‑Comstor’s end‑to‑end support model, covering Level 1 and Level 2 assistance. This gives Zscaler partners a single point of contact for troubleshooting, escalation, and service coordination reducing operational complexity and enabling partners to focus on delivering high‑quality security operations rather than managing backend support processes.
