Tech partnership strengthens reliability and scale across RX’s 350 annual events worldwide
RX, one of the world’s leading event organisers, has strengthened its global technology backbone through a major multi‑year Managed Services partnership with Endava, the technology‑driven business transformation specialist. The collaboration, now successfully live, delivers fully integrated IT support across RX’s global service desk, infrastructure, field services and applications management critical systems that ensure seamless operations for more than 350 events each year across 25 countries.
As a major operator in the global exhibitions and events market, RX relies on highly resilient, scalable IT services to keep events running without interruption. Any downtime can directly affect exhibitor and attendee experience. Endava’s role is to stabilise RX’s core technology environment while designing a future‑ready operating model geared for efficiency, automation and long‑term resilience.
“Endava has delivered real momentum for our global IT operations.”

Since going live in December, the partnership has already delivered strong operational gains. Endava reports that 97% of service desk calls are now answered within 60 seconds, supporting over 5,800 monthly tickets across RX’s international footprint. These improvements have contributed to an end‑user satisfaction score of 9.5/10 and boosted confidence in the reliability and consistency of RX’s global IT services.
Both organisations have also implemented strengthened governance frameworks, including structured service reporting and Quarterly Business Reviews, ensuring transparency, accountability and continuous improvement.
“Endava has delivered real momentum for our global IT operations,” noted Nick Lowe, Vice President of Technology at RX. “Their impact has lifted both responsiveness and confidence across our teams. As we continue to modernise and automate more of our operations, Endava is proving to be a valuable long‑term partner.”
Alastair Lukies CBE, Chief Engagement Officer at Endava, highlighted the demands of supporting a global live‑event environment: “Live events leave little margin for IT failure. Our role is to make technology invisible, stable and ready to scale, so teams can focus on delivering world‑class experiences.”
With the foundation phase complete, RX and Endava are now charting the next stage of the roadmap expanding automation across service desk and infrastructure operations and introducing AI‑assisted workflows to further strengthen speed, consistency and user experience.
