Leadership changes set the stage for regional growth and a customer-first future across India and the Middle East

Redington Limited, a leading Indian integrated technology solutions provider and a Fortune India 500 company, has announced key leadership elevations to drive its next phase of growth across India and the Middle East.

Effective July 1, 2025, Ramesh Natarajan, currently the CEO of Redington India, has been appointed CEO – IME (India and Middle East). Based in Chennai, Ramesh will lead Redington’s business operations across both regions, bringing his 28+ years of experience and deep strategic insight to the broader role. His leadership has seen Redington build a resilient portfolio across consumer and enterprise sectors while forging robust OEM partnerships.

Joining him in this new leadership phase is Rajat Vohra, currently Chief Sales Officer for Redington India, who will now step into the role of CEO – India. With more than 20 years of experience in business development, sales strategy, and leadership at global brands including HP Inc., Samsung, and Shell, Rajat is known for his ability to drive scalable growth and lead high-performing teams. In his new position, he will oversee the company’s India operations and accelerate Redington’s innovation-led, customer-first approach in one of its largest markets.
