Launch of inaugural alliance signals global shift toward business-aligned cyber risk operations
Cyber risk management leader Qualys has announced the induction of Dubai-headquartered Teksalah into its newly launched managed Risk Operations Center (mROC) Partner Alliance—marking Teksalah as the first managed service provider (MSP) from the Middle East to join this global initiative.
This strategic move underscores Qualys’ push to scale its enterprise-grade risk operations model worldwide, enabling continuous cyber risk monitoring, quantification, and remediation through its Enterprise TruRisk™ Management Platform. The mROC Partner Alliance aims to make cyber risk management more scalable, measurable, and aligned with business objectives.
“When we introduced the concept of the Risk Operations Center, we knew it had the potential to redefine how organizations manage cyber risk,” said Sumedh Thakar, President and CEO of Qualys. “With the launch of our inaugural global mROC partners, we’re delivering on that vision.”

“This alliance is more than just a partnership—it’s a force multiplier.” – Sumedh Thakar, President and CEO of Qualys
Teksalah’s inclusion reflects its deep cybersecurity and risk consulting expertise in the Middle East. The company will now offer comprehensive managed risk services powered by Qualys’ ETM platform—aggregating risk signals from Qualys and third-party tools to give enterprises a unified, business-centric view of their exposure.
Murali Konasani, CEO of Teksalah, emphasized the strategic importance of the partnership: “Our alliance with Qualys is built on a shared vision—to embed a proactive, risk-based approach at the heart of enterprise cybersecurity. From real-time threat visibility to intelligent remediation, we are enabling secure innovation and long-term resilience.”
The mROC model empowers managed service providers to offer clients a turnkey cyber risk operations capability—addressing industry-wide pain points such as tool sprawl, disjointed response, and lack of risk visibility. The alliance enables partners to offer outcomes-focused services that help CISOs translate cyber risk into business terms and ensure audit-readiness.
