Optro Expands Partner Programme with Growth Funding, Technology Integrations and 2027 Awards

Optro

The GRC platform provider introduces dedicated technology and distributor tracks, co-investment for partner-led growth and annual awards to strengthen its global ecosystem.

Optro, formerly AuditBoard, has expanded its global Optro Partner Connect programme with new technology and distributor tracks, Partner Growth Funding (PGF) and annual partner awards scheduled to launch in 2027. The initiatives aim to help partners build stronger governance, risk and compliance (GRC) practices while improving how enterprises procure and integrate GRC solutions.

The technology partner track targets independent software vendors and developers, offering API tools, sandbox access and dedicated technical support to develop integrations with Optro’s GRC Intelligence Platform. Validated integrations are intended to automate data flows and reduce the time required for customers to realise value from connected systems.

The distributor track is designed for large-scale aggregators. It enables distributors to include Optro’s platform in their catalogues while using existing credit and billing infrastructure. The model is intended to simplify enterprise purchasing through local partners, including transactions in local currencies and access to accredited delivery support.

“These new program tracks and investments through Partner Growth Funding reflect our focus on providing the resources, financial co-investment, and technical support our partners need to build profitable, differentiated practices.” — Jim Sperduto, Chief Growth Officer, Optro

Optro is also introducing Partner Growth Funding to support qualifying partners’ marketing, enablement and practice-building initiatives. Funding proposals will be linked to joint strategic business plans, aligning investment with shared growth objectives.

The company’s annual Optro Partner Connect Awards, due to begin in 2027, will recognise partners for business growth, delivery excellence and ecosystem innovation.

The technology partnership is already demonstrating practical benefits. Frank Vukovits, Chief Security Scientist at Delinea Fastpath, said its integration enables IT general controls evidence—including segregation-of-duties analysis and user access reviews—to flow directly into customer control libraries within Optro, helping auditors respond to evidence requests from the platform.

Jim Sperduto, Chief Growth Officer at Optro, said the expanded programme reflects the company’s focus on giving partners the technical support and financial investment needed to build differentiated, profitable practices.

More than 50% of Fortune 500 companies trust Optro for audit, risk and compliance capabilities. The company says the programme enhancements are designed to strengthen collaboration across its global channel ecosystem.
