Mindware

The partnership designates Mindware as an Autodesk Authorized Training Center (ATC), enabling accredited training and certification to boost regional workforce capabilities across engineering, design, and manufacturing.

Mindware, a leading value-added distributor (VAD) in the Middle East and Africa, has announced a landmark agreement with Autodesk to deliver official Autodesk-certified training programs across key markets in the region. Under this agreement, Mindware is formally recognized as an Autodesk Authorized Training Center (ATC), allowing it to offer hands-on, instructor-led training and globally accredited certification pathways.

Brent Norman, Autodesk Unit Director at Mindware, emphasized the strategic importance of the collaboration: “The agreement reflects Mindware’s commitment to bridging the digital skills gap and equipping the next generation of professionals with the advanced competencies required in today’s technology-driven industries.” He added that becoming an ATC significantly expands Mindware’s education and enablement portfolio and reinforces its role as a hub for regional skills development.

“This partnership represents a major step in strengthening digital design and engineering talent across the Middle East and Africa.”

As part of the rollout, Mindware will begin offering certified programs in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Algeria, Tunisia, and Morocco, with further expansion planned into Sub-Saharan Africa. The initial training suite will include flagship Autodesk solutions such as AutoCAD, Revit, Civil 3D, InfraWorks, Inventor, Fusion 360, 3ds Max, and Autodesk Construction Cloud. These programs are designed to support professionals across architecture, engineering, construction, manufacturing, mechanical design, BIM, and product lifecycle management.

Training will follow a hybrid model, combining in-person sessions at Mindware’s regional training centres with virtual instructor-led courses. All instructors will undergo Autodesk’s formal accreditation process to ensure global-standard delivery supported by official Autodesk courseware, digital labs, and assessment methodology.

Commenting on the broader vision, Mostafa Kabel, CTO at Mindware, said that the partnership aligns with Mindware’s long-term roadmap to introduce additional vendor-accredited training programs across cloud, cybersecurity, AI, and data analytics—positioning the company as a centre of excellence for technical certifications.

Reiterating Autodesk’s commitment to expanding regional talent pipelines, Claudette Reuter noted that the collaboration will bring high-quality, standardized digital design and engineering training to learners, enterprises, and channel partners across MEA, helping them build capabilities needed for innovation and large-scale transformation.
