Partnerships with Forcepoint, Citrix, Ubiquity, Everfox, and Eaton to drive cybersecurity, connectivity, and digital transformation
Mindware is accelerating its East Africa expansion with new strategic partnerships aimed at transforming the region’s digital landscape. The value-added distributor has joined forces with global technology leaders Forcepoint, Citrix, Ubiquity, Everfox, and Eaton, bringing advanced solutions in cybersecurity, digital workspaces, networking, and power management to enterprises and SMEs across Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Rwanda, and Ethiopia.
Since launching operations in East Africa six months ago, Mindware has tripled its vendor portfolio and doubled its active partner base—underscoring the region’s growing appetite for robust IT infrastructure. Weekly training and enablement sessions are underway to equip partners with the skills needed to deliver measurable value.
“By bringing in leading vendors across multiple technology domains, we are empowering the IT channel ecosystem with the tools, training, and support needed to drive digital transformation.”

Each alliance targets a critical pillar of digital transformation: Forcepoint strengthens data protection and cyber resilience; Citrix supports hybrid work with secure virtualization; Ubiquity enhances connectivity for enterprises and service providers; Everfox delivers security tailored for governments and critical infrastructure; and Eaton introduces energy-efficient power management solutions.
To support adoption, Mindware will roll out Mindware Connect roadshows, partner enablement programs, and certification workshops. Pilot projects in Kenya and Uganda have already shown strong demand for cybersecurity and power solutions.
“This expansion is a cornerstone of our African growth strategy,” said Rafailovits. “We’re bridging the gap between global innovation and local needs, helping businesses thrive in a secure, connected, and future-ready economy.”
Mindware’s Nairobi hub anchors its regional operations, backed by financial assistance and credit facilities for resellers and system integrators. With a focus on cloud, AI, and cybersecurity, the company is also addressing the ICT skills gap through ongoing training initiatives.
Mindware continues to position itself as East Africa’s trusted distribution partner—delivering choice, speed, and resilience in a rapidly evolving digital era.
