Westcon-Comstor and Palo Alto Networks Launch EMEA Partner Growth Programme

Westcon-Comstor and Ericsson Team Up to Advance Enterprise 5G Connectivity Across EMEA

Partner Growth Circle combines joint business planning, technical enablement and data-led demand generation to help selected channel partners expand their cybersecurity businesses.

Westcon-Comstor and Palo Alto Networks have launched the Partner Growth Circle, an EMEA-wide initiative designed to help selected channel partners convert growing cybersecurity demand into sustainable business growth through structured planning, technical support and measurable performance targets.

The programme will cover Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA), bringing together Westcon-Comstor’s distribution and value-added services capabilities with Palo Alto Networks’ cybersecurity portfolio. Participating partners will work with Westcon-Comstor to develop joint business plans aligned with priority solutions, target accounts and pipeline objectives.

The initiative comes as organizations reassess their cybersecurity strategies amid the opportunities and risks associated with artificial intelligence. For channel partners, the challenge is to translate demand into qualified opportunities, build technical expertise and develop repeatable revenue streams.

“Partners need a clear path to turn cybersecurity demand into scalable, repeatable business growth.” — Daniel Hurel, Senior Vice President, Westcon EMEA Go-To-Market, Westcon-Comstor

Under the Partner Growth Circle, partners that successfully execute their agreed plans will qualify for exclusive benefits, including tailored services workshops, certification support and demand-generation funding. They will also gain access to Westcon-Comstor’s Tech Xpert community, 3D Lab virtual demonstration environments, and sales and pre-sales enablement resources.

The distributor will use its Intelligent Demand (iD) programme, which applies predictive data analytics to help partners identify opportunities with a higher likelihood of closing. Business plans and pipeline progress will be reviewed quarterly to maintain accountability and assess performance against agreed objectives.

Daniel Hurel, Senior Vice President, Westcon EMEA Go-To-Market at Westcon-Comstor, said the programme is intended to combine business planning, technical enablement and demand generation to help partners strengthen pipelines and expand customer relationships.

Patricia Murphy, Vice President of EMEA Ecosystems at Palo Alto Networks, said the initiative builds on the companies’ existing relationship by providing partners with a structured route to scale their businesses and strengthen their technical capabilities.

The launch follows WestConnect in Barcelona, where partners and senior representatives from both companies gathered to discuss opportunities for expanding their joint business.

The event also recognised seven partners for growth, technical expertise and customer focus. Compugeddon CC in South Africa received the EMEA Partner of the Year award, while Fireware LLC in the UAE was named MEA Partner of the Year. Other regional winners were ncubed B.V. in the Netherlands, Netica S.R.L. in Italy, Blue Technologies Ltd & Co KG in Germany, and Boxxe Limited in the UK. Spain-based Esferize received the Rising Star award.

The Partner Growth Circle builds on previous joint initiatives, including SASEvolution, which combines Palo Alto Networks Prisma SASE with Westcon-managed services in ready-to-sell offerings for channel partners.

By linking partner investment and enablement to quarterly business reviews, the programme seeks to move beyond conventional distribution towards a more structured growth model—one that ties technical capability and demand generation to defined commercial outcomes.
