Mindware has announced a strategic partnership with Veeam Software, becoming its value-added distributor (VAD) across the Middle East, Pakistan, Afghanistan, Egypt and Libya. The alliance is aimed at expanding access to Veeam’s data resilience and Data & AI Trust solutions through Mindware’s extensive regional channel ecosystem.
The partnership comes at a time when organizations across the region are accelerating cloud and AI adoption while facing increasingly sophisticated ransomware attacks, stricter regulatory requirements, and growing demand for secure, governed and recoverable data environments.
Under the agreement, Mindware will enable channel partners with Veeam’s portfolio through training, certification, technical and sales enablement, proof-of-concepts, workshops, marketing support, and partner incentive programs. The distributor will also provide implementation and professional services to help partners accelerate customer deployments.

Charbel Zreiby, Channel Director, EMEA East at Veeam, said enterprises need confidence that the data powering cloud and AI initiatives is secure, governed and recoverable. He added that Mindware’s strong regional reach and technical capabilities will help Veeam extend these capabilities to more partners and customers across the region.
Over the next 12 to 24 months, both companies will focus on expanding partner coverage, driving customer acquisition, increasing cloud adoption and accelerating revenue growth across the covered markets.
The partnership will also be showcased at LEAP Saudi Arabia 2026, where Mindware and Veeam will engage enterprises, government organizations and channel partners on the growing importance of cyber resilience, secure data management and AI-ready infrastructure.
