Westcon-Comstor Achieves Great Place To Work Certification Across Seven MEA Countries

Westcon-Comstor, a global technology distributor specializing in cybersecurity, networking, and hybrid cloud solutions, has achieved Great Place To Work® certification in seven countries across the Middle East and Africa (MEA), underscoring its strong workplace culture, leadership trust, and commitment to inclusion and employee wellbeing.

The certification recognized globally as a benchmark for employee experience is based on confidential feedback collected directly from employees. Westcon-Comstor secured certification in Egypt, Kenya, Morocco, Nigeria, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, and the UAE, marking its continued focus on building a high-trust, values-driven organizational culture across diverse markets.

The latest recognition follows the company’s recent inclusion in the 2026 Best Workplaces in UAE list by Great Place to Work Middle East, further reinforcing its employer brand in the region. Globally, Westcon-Comstor achieved certification in 25 countries, with 80% of employees describing the company as a great place to work and a strong Trust Index score of 77%.

Survey results highlighted particularly high levels of trust in senior leadership across MEA. Employees reported a strong sense of pride in working for the company and emphasized fair treatment regardless of gender, race, or background. Leadership was recognized for being approachable, transparent, and aligned with company values, while employees demonstrated a clear understanding of how their roles contribute to the broader business strategy.
