“My focus is clear: build partner engines that convert cybersecurity innovation into monthly recurring revenue at scale.”
— Naveed Malik, Senior Director, EMEA MSP Channel Sales, Sophos
Speaking on his appointment, Malik said his priority is to help partners transform cybersecurity innovation into scalable recurring revenue by expanding managed services adoption, strengthening customer trust, and unlocking new business opportunities.
Under his leadership, Sophos plans to enhance partner profitability through improved MSP enablement programmes, scalable partner frameworks, and distributor-led growth models. The company will also continue driving adoption of its AI-native cybersecurity portfolio, including Managed Detection and Response (MDR), Advisory Services, Extended Detection and Response (XDR), and the Sophos CISO Advantage programme delivered through MSP partners.
The appointment further strengthens Sophos’ partner-first strategy as enterprises increasingly seek AI-driven, managed cybersecurity services to address evolving cyber threats while reducing operational complexity.
With more than 600,000 organizations protected worldwide, Sophos continues to expand its AI-native cybersecurity platform through a global ecosystem of MSPs, resellers, and technology partners, positioning managed services as a key pillar of its long-term growth strategy.
